DESCRIPTION: An all-in-one brow kit featuring our best selling full-size brow products for feathered, sleek brows.
DIRECTIONS: Fill and shape brows with Precision Brow Pencil. Using the Brow applicator, gently spin the spoolie brush into the HD Brow Styling Wax jar and pick up a very small amount of wax. Brush brows with the applicator thoroughly, from front to back. Continue to brush consistently with upward and outward motions, sculpting into place until desired direction and shape is achieved.
